For Alison, reflexology is much more than a profession—it's something she discovered through her own personal journey. After living with back pain and fibromyalgia, she explored a range of conventional treatments in search of relief. While each offered something different, it was reflexology that made the biggest difference to her overall wellbeing. Experiencing its benefits first-hand inspired her to learn more, and what began as a personal search for support soon became a passion for helping others.

Today, Alison is an ITEC-qualified holistic therapist dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming space where every client feels listened to, supported and cared for. She offers a range of personalised treatments, including reflexology, fertility and menopause reflexology, holistic massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Reflexology and rejuvenating facial massage. Whether you're looking to unwind, ease everyday tension or simply make time for yourself, Alison believes every treatment should be tailored to the individual, helping you relax, restore balance and nurture your overall wellbeing.

"My own experience taught me the importance of feeling truly listened to and cared for. My hope is that every client leaves Slánú feeling more relaxed, balanced and supported than when they arrived." - Alison
